ONI’s 401(k) plan is administered by Fidelity. You can contribute pre-tax through regular deferrals, or after-tax through the Roth feature.

Building Your Retirement
You’re automatically enrolled, and you can change your contribution at any time.
- Contribute up to 50% of your pay
- Auto-enrolled at 3% of pay
- Automatic 1% increase each year, to 6%
- Choose from over 20 funds
The ONI Match
How the Match Works
- ONI matches 100% of the first 1% you contribute
- Then 50% of the next 5% you contribute
- Your own contributions vest immediately
- Employer contributions vest after one year

You can contribute after-tax through the Roth feature, alongside or instead of pre-tax deferrals.
