Review your results, set your club status and set your health goals.
PARTICIPATE
Complete up to two program campaigns each year, by the end of November.

- Up to $300 in reward cards
- A 12.5% insurance premium reduction
- Based on prior year participation and club status
- Club status: Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze
- Complete all items by the end of November
